Executive Coaching/Anger Management, Predictions for 2009

The Anderson & Anderson model of Executive Coaching/Anger Management expands the assessment process by including a custom assessment designed exclusively for use with the new Anderson & Anderson client workbook, "The Practice of Control".

The new non-psychiatric emotional intelligence coaching assessment includes:

--Intrapersonal Skills: Self-Esteem – Growth Motivation

--Interpersonal Skills: Assertion – Interpersonal Awareness - Empathy

--Work/Life Skills: Drive Strength – Decision Making – Time Management – Leadership – Commitment Ethnic – Stress Management

--Communication Skills: Interpersonal Assertion – Interpersonal Aggression –
Interpersonal Deference

The result of the above comprehensive assessment determines the focus of the intensive intervention. Client workbooks, along with the “Practice of Control”, contain exercises and skill enhancement lessons designed to address the areas that need improvement.

This model is approved by the State of Illinois for mandated "civility training" for Attorneys. It is also accepted nationwide for "disruptive physicians", as defined in the new standards of the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Based on the success of this model during 2008, we predict that it will quickly become the coaching intervention of choice for physicians, attorneys in need of "civility training", and high profile clients who demand the utmost confidentiality with the option of On-site services.
