Anderson & Anderson Anger Management Appoints New General Manager

Anderson & Anderson names Lexdan Takspa, MBA as its new General Manager. Mr. Takspa has an MBA degree in International Marketing & Finance. One of his major tasks will be to market Anderson & Anderson and its anger management services, facilitator certification, as well as its’ Executive Coaching and training products throughout the world.

For the past six months, Mr. Takspa has been a Business Intern with Anderson & Anderson, where he has focused on marketing strategies to expand its On-site Executive Coaching program for "disruptive physicians" in the United States.

Executive Coaching/Anger Management for physicians is used by Physician Well-being Committees, Risk Management Officers and Human Resource Managers and Hospitals nationwide. Anderson & Anderson is the Preferred Provider of Executive Coaching for Kaiser Permanente of Southern California.

Currently, the Anderson & Anderson Anger Management Curriculum is the industry standard in the United States, Canada, Argentina, Philippines and the United Kingdom.
