Anderson & Anderson can provide you with techniques that will help you utilize your anger in a way that leads to positive outcomes. Enroll in our accelerated anger management class sessions. This 8 hour course is designed to meet the needs of clients who wish to avoid attending classes on a weekly basis. Rather than attending weekly classes, it is now possible to enroll, complete the assessment and attend this course until the required number of classes have been completed. These classes take place on every 1st, 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month.
