Federation of State Physician Health Programs is a Smashing Success

I am representing Anderson & Anderson at the Annual Conferece in New Orleans. The conference has been a real success. I have met Physician Well Being Chair Persons as well as FSPHP Boards members Nationwide.

Programs for Executive Coaching/Anger Management were well represented. This was also a prominent topic of concern for many of the attendees. Many, if not most intervention programs for "disruptive physicians" are based on Emotional Intelligence.
