Here is a checklist to get your day started right!

* Find supportive, understanding and encouraging friends.
* Don’t put off till tomorrow what can be done today.

* Avoid the impossible dream.
* Know your value, strengths and weaknesses.
* Don’t say yes when you mean no.
* Get mad, vent anger in a positive way.
